New Rates — January 1, 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, rates for new clients / new matters will be increasing by 10% across the board to account for increased costs and related factors. Rates for existing client matters will remain the same.

HOURLY RATE: from $200.00 per hour to $210.00 per hour.
MARITAL AGREEMENTS: from $500.00 to $550.00 (base flat rate) or from $200.00 to $210.00 (hourly rate).
NONCONTESTED MATTERS: from $1,500.00 to $1,650.00 and $2,000.00 to $2,200.00 (custody)(base flat rate).
